Coating Machine
The coating machine has a German make coating head which is used for speciality coatings. The machine has excellent temperature controls and gives a consistent output. The maximum width is 1020 mm. The machine is used for special primer coatings, DG coatings and Holograms. The total coating capacity of the machine is 900 MT per annum.

Lamination cum Coating Machine
The machine has coating cum wet/ dry lamination facility. It has multi motor drives and tacho feedback. The maximum width is 1020 mm. The machine is used for speciality coatings, colour coatings and laminations. The total capacity of the machine is 900 MT per annum.

Reactor
The equipment consists of one 4000ltrs Stainless steel, 316L reactor with limpet coils for heating and cooling, anchor stirrer and agitator and suitable condenser, receiver tank, insulation etc.

The SS reactor is used for manufacturing Epoxy resins, Amino resins, DG lacquer, Non- DG lacquer and speciality lacquers.
The reactor is semi- automated with excellent temperature and pressure controls.
The total capacity of the machine is 750 MT per annum.
There is another 1000ltr reactor and a glass reactor, 100litres and an SS reactor of 50 litres for R&D purposes.

Slitting Machine
The slitting machines (4 nos) are capable of slitting films, adhesive tapes, pancakes and paper slitting. The machines have excellent sensors and tensions controls for even and smooth winding. The capacity of the machines is 750 MT per annum each.

Training
The staff is trained at regular intervals for up gradation of the knowledge. The technology developments are done continuously to be at par with the market trends. All the staff is well equipped with recent technology know how and software handling.

Working conditions
The company has pleasant work environment with adequate light and proper ventilation systems in the production divisions. Adequate safety precautions are taken from time to time to avoid any untoward incidents. Proper hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout the company.

The company is located in the industrial area of Ambad, Nashik. The total area of the land covers up to 2100 sq.metres. The building is located amidst green patches.

The company has different divisions: Coating Division, Slitting Division, Chemical (Reactor) Division, Maintenance Division and Packaging and Dispatch Division. A separate Marketing division handles the local and
international client base.

Well- equipped chemical and instrumentation laboratories are set up for inspection and quality control measures. The company has two separate stock rooms for chemicals and paper/film.

The company has 24 hrs connectivity and all the divisions are interconnected by a common network. All the processes are monitored and computerised for fast and accurate data transfer.
